I actually love this product. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars is because of the delivery from Anna's. The toothbrush holder is heavy, solid, and very colorful. It's just like the picture and I'm very pleased with it. I had trouble getting it delivered though. It was promised to be delivered between such & such dates but those dates passed and there was no tracking with the package. I gave it a few more days but the item never showed. I went back to my Amazon account to see what could be done. The first step was to contact the seller. I did that by sending an email. I received an automatic reply saying that they would review my email and contact within 2 business days. I never heard back. I figured I needed to go to the next step and file a complaint with Amazon. That's when I received an email from Amazon updating my order and this time it did have a tracking number. I will order from Amazon again, just don't know if I will order from Anna's. I had read reviews on Anna's but went ahead and ordered. I guess I'll go with the reviews next time IF it's not a "Prime" !!! Thank you Amazon for staying on top of your sellers - you are awesome!!!
