UPDATE: still using this and our son is now 40". It's so great not to have to fill up a whole bathtub in SoCal just for our little guy. The closing plastic latch long ago broke off but that doesn't impact its usefulness at all. Just realized we've only used the black drain plug once. We've always just tipped it out but I suppose it could come in handy in certain situations. Great product!Just started using after our little guy outgrew the folding sink tub insert we were using (Puj Flyte). He's still at the point where he needs the provided insert - which works really well - so I can't speak for how well it works for an older/larger baby. Ours is 26" and 15lb at this point. I mention this because I'm curious to see how the slick interior works as he gets larger and wriggles about. But cleans and stores well, and it's solidly built. Neat product. We looked at a lot of tubs and ultimately selected this one because it seemed to have the most extended range of use. Had we known about it earlier, we would have made this our first tub purchase and foregone the Puj (much as we liked that one).Great for folding away but doesn't like to stay open. The newborn insert is a joke! It doesn't stay connected to the side with weight in it and it's hard. Also at an awkward angle. Not best for little babies but good for my now 7 month old to sit and play in the tub. So if they cant sit on their own yet, not the tub for them.I got this from a seller Gugy and I’m not confident if this is a brand new and authentic. The sticker on the product looks low quality, the corner of the bathtub has scratch and the outside box looks not new. I have high expectation to the quality of stokke product and this just doesn’t feel right to me.I bough the item mainly because it folds down so nicely. It saves storage space at home and when traveling. It's sturdy, doesn't smell of plastic and is big and deep enough that it can be used when the kiddo is a bit older. I also love that the infant insert is removable.I'm not quite sure if I like the insert, my newborn is sliding down on it a bit and it seems to be in the way when I try to wash baby's back - but it could be my poor technique and not the product. All in all a good purchase. My sister recommended this flexi tub. Her one year old little son is using it and loves it. This product is suitable for babies who are learning to stand and walk, because when it is full of water, the bath is very sturdy. But, if you are buying it for your newborns or preemies, this is too big for them. The white additional newborn support cannot fit the bath very well. It is like a boat in the ocean shaking all the time. The newborns weight is not heavy enough to make it down to the bottom. Also, the black flower is difficult to tug. Anyways, it is a good product, as it is easy to carry, but it is not suitable infants at all ages.I am really glad I went with this product over the cute-sy ones. I bought this for my fast growing 8 month old. He currently sits up in the sling/support and that provides him with enough to stabilize himself while also being there to catch him if he gets a bit wild and falls backward. I bought this to be able to fill a tub higher to keep him warm. He likes to play for much longer than it takes to bath him. The base stows away easily when company is coming.I love this bath! It's rather smaller than i imagined, that's true. But it is still very comfortable for my baby who is now 4 months old. We've used this bath with him since he was born, with the newborn adapter and it's been very practical, he's always been safe and enjoys the bath time very much. It's easy to clean and dry, we use it and keep it in the bath because it is now more comfortable for us, but you can fold it and put it away and it doesn't take up almost any space. We took it when we went on vacation and it was GREAT.Great bath for small babies, but the newborn support is more of a ”baby who can sit up or can almost sit up.”
