This product is very poorly designed and constructed. The swing arm almost always misses its catch, and the toilet paper falls out onto the floor. I purchased three of these, one for each bathroom, and had them installed by my plumber. I have the same problem in each bathroom. Very frustrating and now I am having to remove them and install another toilet paper holder.
