This loofah design is the only one that I have used for many years. Earth Therapeutics make an excellent version of it, so I usually get a bunch and they last me a while. It can take some time to soften and be comfortable to use. A solution is to throw it in with a load of laundry and it comes out ready to go (do not put in dryer). Replace if mildew starts forming or if it starts to break down.
