These are *exfoliating* cloths so they *are* going to feel "scratchy" or rougher than a normal cloth. I wouldn't be buying them if they were soft or didn't do what they're supposed to do.I love these cloths because they do a great job exfoliating, working a lather, and they dry quickly which is great if you travel a lot. I love that they're long enough to wash your back with too.With that said, I started finding these at Dollar Tree(in beige/yellow) after I purchased this pack, so that's probably where I'll continue to get them from since they're $1 each. Before that, this was the best value so I'm still glad I found them here. Just gotta go where the savings are.
