Once I put my dog in the nylon restraints he just became very calm, totally different than when I put him in a utility sink to bath him. He did great and made my life much easier!! I love it!!Like its height, sturdiness, and fact that it provides a tether to help with pet control and safety.Dislike fact that legs don't fold up, making storing the bath difficult.Haven’t tried it in the tub yet but will update if it works well inside I will be super impressed but most reviews said it worked in tub3 dogs from 12 lbs to 45 lbs so it was the best choice for the variety. Saves your back. Use it to trim nails and hair too. Dogs are leashed in so they don’t try to run.Great size and help for my back.My husband is 5’4 and it was up to his waist. The only things is that the shampoo holder is small, a round shampoo will now fit.I hope it last for a long time.The legs can be taken out, to store but it’s a a bit bigger than a baby bath.I do like this for bathing our 7 beagles. However, storing this thing is actually kind of a pain. I wish I would have thought about that, the legs don't collapse or anything, and I really don't quite know where to put this. It is a good product, keeps my back from hurting and certainly keeps the mess down. But, storing is a bit of a pain.My corgi just rolled in poop. For the first time ever I was able to give her a quick effective bath and no poop down my sink. Great product.This dog bath is very well made and really makes it easy to bathe our dog. She is a 40 pound pit mix, long body, shorter legs so the medium size works perfect for us. I'm 5'1" so the extra pedestal height on the medium size is very helpful. I don't bother with the drain hose since I use it outside. Nice to have the shampoo holder and the tie downs inside the tub are well situated and keep our dog from jumping out. Super sturdy, my guess is that it will last a long time. They forgot the pedestal legs with the tub I ordered, I called the company and they were very nice and had the pedestals to me within a couple days. Save your back and make bath time much easier for you and your pet. Well worth the investment.Love it.Product is nice and easy to use, a little flimsy in places but more than sufficient.Only downside is could do with being taller as I’m 6ft and still have to bend.Otherwise great and ticks all the boxes for my needs.Exactly as described, sturdy, ideal for my medium sized dog ( cockapoo ) happy with the price.This product is a combination of pluses and minuses. First, the description of it as for a medium sized dog is inaccurate. I have two Westies. One is 20 lbs. and one is 13 pounds. The bath is a perfect size for the 13 pounder and very close to too small for the 20 pounder. As far as I am concerned, 20 lbs. is a small dog. There is no way this bath is for medium dogs and it should be labelled as for small dogs.The bath itself is well made but has several design deficiencies. The drain hose is a great idea (compared to other products that just drain into your bathtub or a pail) but the connection of the hose to the tub doesn't work. The hose falls off very easily no matter how hard I jam it on. Major defect. It should have a threaded connection.The legs aren't quite long enough. If you are over 5'4" , you will still have to bend over to wash your dog. Consider buying the accessory leg boosters to givet it another 5-6 inches. Too high is better than too low.There is no way this bath will fit inside a bath tub unless your tug is extra large. The product description should be honest and tell you this. It works nicely if used in a free-standing location. I have mine in the laundry room, where it works fine with a hand shower attached to the sink tap and the drain hose going into the floor drain.There is a container for your shampoo bottle that fits into a slot on the inside of the bath. This is dumb. It gets in the way, especially if your dog is the size of my 20 pound Westie, and is easy for your dog to kick around. All they had to do was put it on the outside and it would work nicely.I've tossed the container away.And finally the straps are poorly designed. They are a great idea - almost a necessary idea. They are meant to keep your dog in the bath and reasonably immobilized so that you can use both hands to wash and shampoo and your dog won't be able to jump around and potentially hurt itself by falling out of the bath. The lateral straps, intended to keep your dog from jumping up, work fine (after I shortened them to the maximum extent possible) but the front strap, intended to keep your dog from backing out of the bath, is next to useless. Even when shortened as much as possible, it is too long. My 20 pound Westie could hang half of his body out the back of the bath with the strap connected to the collar. It barely kept my 13 pound dog inside the bath. After some fiddling I got the strap doubled up (shortened by half) and it now works, but this is how it should have been designed. I shouldn't have to rework it.I'm giving the product an OK rating rather than a fail because it is sturdily made and works well for my small dog once I got rid of the shampoo container, shortened the front strap by 50% and constant checked the drain hose connection. For my 20 pound Westie it barely works. He is very close to being too big for it and I was constantly worried that he would slip out of the back of the bath. And the drain hose fell off twice because of his friskiness. To be fair there is one more plus - the splay on the legs is wide enough to give the bath good stability, even for my frisky 20 pounder. I could turn away from it without worrying that he would manage to tip it over - he tried unsuccessfully.I find the product annoying because it is so close to being five stars. Some better thought invested in the design would have easily gotten it there with some relatively minor changes.So far I am fairly happy with the bath. Instructions on putting it together we're clear and didn't take much time. The legs of the bath are a little too wide to fit in the bottom of the bath, but when I remove the "feet" off the back two legs, they rest on the built in arm rests in the tub and I can then position the whole unit in the tub. The bath certainly makes it easier to wash and rinse the dogs without back strain.Easy to assemble and legs remove for easy storage. Excellent product to buy for bathing. The only weakness I found was the hose draining device was setup for floor drainage. An easy fix; I use a large pail at the opening. Your puppy children or customers will enjoy a bath more using this product than a sink or tub.
