The Wamsutta towel I received is labeled Charcoal which was not what I ordered based on the listing stating Steel Grey. These towels were produced in several shades of grey and these two are not the same product. The towel is of satisfactory quality, but not the color I ordered based on listing. My past experience is that Wamsutta towels don't shrink the way other brands do. I'm hoping these live up to my expectations.Ok, trying to find really soft, fluffy, spa-like, sturdy towels online is like trying to find a needle in a barrel of hay stacks. So, when you finally find one you are obligated to tell the rest of the world how amazing these towels really are. I have purchased three of these towels and, can tell you that they are 'Egyptian Soft Spa-like Cotton' towels. They need to be a bit wider but that is not a big deal. Need to purchase more of these for our guest rooms. These are great towels and the color is beautiful. Very thick and so far no shrinking or twisting in the wash. They do snag a bit, but every towel does. Wash towels alone and snip off the occasional snag…The towel is very absorbent.Extremely Overpriced. You can get same products from other vendors for a much better price. These towels looked to be of good quality but like many new towels on the market lately they have a giant lint issue! I bought a set of Turkish towels from Bed Bath & Beyond for a pricy $50 before their coupon. Instant lint city everywhere. In the dryer I was gettin an inch of lint each time, so I returned them and bough t the Wamsutta brand instead, They were somewhat less expensive and not as plush or as large either, but I thought this is a brand name I've heard of, Well guess what? This is the third washing and the dryer is still full of lint almost 1/2 inch thick/ Small voids are appearing on these "new" towels already so now we have 2 brands that shed like crazy! I don't remember this being a big issue with towels before, so I think manufacturers are skimping on quality to make a few more bucks!
